Policies
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Deposits are required to book, and non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 10+ minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may either be shortened or cancelled (and considered to be a no-show) to accommodate the rest of our clients. If your appointment has to be cancelled due to a no-show, deposits paid will be forfietted and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. We always do our best to accomodate late arrivals, however this is not always possible due to a tight booking and sanitation schedule. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to meeting new clients, and seeing existing friends once more!
